From Vision to Value

With over 30 years of experience in business, I’ve walked the path from startup to successful exit—more than once. After co-founding a company and scaling it from $0 to $40M in revenue across multiple states, I led it through an intentional, high-value exit. I didn’t stop there. I later purchased a struggling fly-fishing resort in Montana, turned it around operationally, and positioned it for another profitable exit.

Throughout these experiences, I discovered a passion for helping other business owners achieve clarity, growth, and long-term value. That passion led me to become a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and EOS Implementer
